Majors and Programs
When you're a student at Upper Iowa University, you can select from a broad range of academic majors offered in a comprehensive, flexible program. To earn a bachelor's degree, you must satisfactorily complete 120 credit hours, including a general education core and the appropriate courses in your major. General education requirements can vary and can be found in the Fayette and Academic Extension catalogs.
Our innovative academic calendar is divided into six, eight-week terms, so you take only two courses each term. You can still complete your degree on time while being able to focus more attention on each course.
