Peacock technology and gaming

PTAG Logo

PTAG is an OSD supported club for technology and gaming enthusiasts. The club meets once a week to talk about technology and gaming and to play various games on various platforms (Xbox, PlayStation, PC, and Nintendo, etc..) and modalities including cards (Magic, etc….).

We do not judge you for playing video games. In fact, we encourage it!

The club meets every Tuesday at 7:00 PM at Edgar Fine Arts building room 213.

For more information contact Dr. Jim Jacobs at jacobsj@uiu.edu.

External organizations

ACM – Association for Computing Machinery and IEEE – Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers Computer Society are professional organizations that students are encouraged to join.

Math club

The Upper Iowa University Math Club is a new club open to all UIU faculty, staff, and students. The members meet to discuss interesting math problems and puzzles, awareness of mathematics, and additional learning opportunities.
