More and more often sophomores have begun their college search as early as the beginning of the academic year. It is never too early to plan for the rest of your life and we are here to help you!

Recommendations:
- Think about where your interests lie when scheduling your classes even in high school.
- Get involved in school activities to be a well-rounded student.
- Keep your grades up!
- Take the PLAN (pre-ACT) exam.
- Explore various college websites...research, research, research!
- Ask a lot of questions about costs, majors, and campus life.
- Attend an open house at the college of your choice
- Attend a class with a UIU student in order to understand the differences between high school and college.
