    1. Always lock your car.
    2. Do not leave valuables in plain sight.
    3. Lock bikes to bike rack.

    3. Do not stop to help occupants of a stopped or disabled vehicle.
    4. If you feel that you are being followed go to police or open place of business.
    5. Raise hood, then lock yourself into your car if it breaks down.
