What is Counseling?
 
Counseling is designed to help you identify behaviors or ways of thinking that are interfering with your happiness and/or ability to function, and to guide you in making the necessary changes to fulfill your personal goals.  

Confidentiality

Information shared by you in group or individual counseling sessions will be treated with strict confidentiality, and is protected to the full extent of the law. That information will not be disclosed to anyone outside the center without your written permission except when, in the judgment of your counselor, such disclosure is necessary to protect you or someone else from imminent danger.

Hours & Location

Appointments are available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
 
Evening appointments may also be available at the student’s request.
 
The counseling office is located in the lower level of Garbee Hall in the Office of Student Development.
