Courses listed below are specific to Independent Study Program. The program features six enrollment dates per year and you may take up to six months to complete your course. Please contact your advisor to insure the course is appropriate for your degree plan. Descriptions for all courses may be found in the Academic Extension Catalog.
Enrollment
You may be admitted to the program at any time during the year. We recommend that you enroll in one or two courses initially. You may enroll in a course prior to finalization of evaluation if you choose. If you will be degree seeking through Upper Iowa University, this action is cautioned and should only be done after consulting an academic advisor.
2012 - 13 Academic Year
Term 1 (August 27, 2012 - February 26, 2013)
Registration Period: Monday, July 16 – Monday, August 20 by 11:59 p.m. CDT.
Term 2 (October 22, 2012 - April 21, 2013)
Registration Period: Monday, September 10 – Monday, October 15 by 11:59 p.m. CDT.
Term 3 (January 7, 2013 – July 6, 2013)
Registration Period: Tuesday, November 13 – Monday, December 31 by 11:59 p.m. CST.
Term 4 (March 4, 2013 – September 3, 2013)
Registration Period: Monday, January 21 – Monday, February 25 by 11:59 p.m. CST.
Term 5 (May 6, 2013 – November 5, 2013)
Registration Period: Monday, March 18 – Monday, April 29 by 11:59 p.m. CDT.
Term 6 (July 1, 2013 – December 31, 2013)
Registration Period: Monday, May 20 – Monday, June 24 by 11:59 p.m. CDT.
