Upper Iowa University hosts creative writing workshop Saturday
FAYETTE, Iowa (October 2, 2012) – Upper Iowa University is hosting a creating writing workshop Saturday, October 6, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Room 107 of the Liberal Arts Building on the Fayette campus.
The workshop is free to middle school and high school students, and they are encouraged to bring a sack lunch.
Attendees will work with professional international writers during the workshop, which is part of "Face to Face," a collaboration between the University of Iowa International Writing Program (IWP) and the Iowa Youth Writing Project, hosted by Upper Iowa University.
