AQIP update due June 1
The first update of UIU's "AQIP Systems Portfolio" is due to the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) on June 1. The original Systems Portfolio was authored by a group of writing teams over the summer of 2009. This time around, the AQIP Steering Committee ("ASC") has been diligently working behind the scenes on the updates; however, it is not possible to capture all of the processes, results, and improvement data necessary without faculty and staff participation.
The updated portfolio is a critical component of maintaining UIU accreditation through HLC and AQIP.
"If you have not already been contacted by a member of the AQIP Steering Committee, I anticipate that you will be very soon and I urge you to take the time to share your collected knowledge," said UIU Acting President Dr. Richard Patrick. "AQIP values input from all stakeholder levels: students, faculty, administration, staff, alumni, community members, and board members."
