Policy Description

All Upper Iowa University advertising, marketing and recruiting materials, regardless of point of origin/modality or intended audience/market, must be approved by the Executive Director of Communications and Marketing and, in turn, by the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer to whom the position reports. Neither the UIU internal print shop, the webmaster, nor any outside vendor are to produce any materials without such approval.

Similarly, any contracts for such work must be reviewed and approved by the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer.
