The new Andres Center for Business and Education majors is a state-of-the-art facility that continues UIU's commitment to the education and business leaders of tomorrow.

The new Andres Center has individual computer labs for both the Education Division and the Business Division. They are equipped with over 40 Dell computers, 4 IMAC computers, teacher stations, ceiling-mounted LCD projectors with wireless mouse, ELMO projector and electronic whiteboard.

All lights are high efficiency bulbs with a color rendition that closely matches outside day light, brightening rooms and hallways.

There are 26,000 square feet of classrooms, offices, and an auditorium that seats 50 in the new Andres Center that has been designed to match the other buildings on the Upper Iowa University Fayette campus, further enhancing the aesthetics of the campus.

The student seating in the main lobby area and a student lounge on the second floor create a relaxing atmosphere and enhance the learning environment.
