• Hometown: Eldorado, Iowa
• High School:  North Fayette, West Union,  Iowa
• College: Viterbo University, LaCrosse, Wisconsin.  Major in Business Administration.  Minor in English
• Mike enjoys spending time on the Mississippi River with his family.  In his free time he enjoys reading and training/showing/hunting his wirehaired pointing griffon dogs.  He loves to visit Washington, D.C. and Chicago whenever he can.  This past year he traveled to Ireland.
• Mike thinks that you will be most impressed with the great community of support you will find at Upper Iowa University.  “Everyone at UIU works very hard to ensure your success.” 
•  Mike still remembers the day he was able to watch his Grandmother graduate from UIU at the age of 57.  In addition to his Grandmother, Mike’s mother and sister also attended UIU.
