The UIU Information Technology (IT) Help Center is the central point of contact for the UIU Community for technology related incidents, problems, and requests.

Our hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday thru Thursday, and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Fridays. Central Standard Time.

When you call the Help Center, you may be asked the following basic questions in order to create a service ticket for more efficient handling of your incident:
- First and last name
- Exact nature of the issue
- Your Center location
- How many users is the incident affecting?
In some cases you may be asked for:
- Your year of birth
- An alternate email address
- Your computer's UIU asset number
In the event we cannot immediately provide a resolution, your service ticket will be assigned to our Level II IT Specialists.
