Strategic Initiatives
A Strategic Plan Refreshment process was begun in 2012 to look at the progress made under the 2008 Strategic Plan and to refine and update the plan. However with the departure of President Walker, the refreshment process has been put on hold awaiting selection of a new UIU president.
UIU's strategic plan identifies nine centers of activity calling for strategic responses. In combination they form the core of the plan that calls for implementation.
