Faculty members are essential in facilitating career and graduate school success for students. The Office of Career Development works closely with faculty to help encourage professional growth in our students.
Please refer them to our office. We can assist students with career counseling, which may include having them take a career assessment. We also have a resource library with career and graduate school materials. In addition, we can help students in all majors strategize their internship and job search. Our office posts internships and job opportunities in our NACELink Peacock Career Network.
We are also available to attend a Division and/or Department meeting to talk about our services, answer questions, or brainstorm ideas for providing high-quality services to our students. As you plan career-related events for your majors and minors, please let us know about them. We would be happy to help you publicize them or, if you wish, participate in them with you.
