Upper Iowa University would be happy to consider partnering with any donor on a special project.
The UIBD grant is $40,000 awarded annually to individual(s) to start, expand, or relocate a business to the city of Fayette. The grant was created through a $500,000 endowment by UIU Board of Trustees Bob and Betty Firth; Bob is also board chair. The 2010 UIBD grant is the third grant awarded in as many years to start a restaurant/sports lounge called, "Victories."The four partners in "Victories" are three UIU grads and one who attended UIU for two years.
